Valentines day is such a fun holiday. I think I especially enjoy the pink part. So girly! I think homemade Valentines are the best ....My son wrote me a poem once. I will keep it forever. I made these miniature pink daisy cupcakes today and they made me think of Valentines day.My son is 16 tomorrow and he doesn't like frosting so I will be baking a chocolate bundt cake for him tonight. My daughter will be 19 the next day and she loves frosting especially pink frosting.....Oh boy here goes my diet again. Mini hugs!

What did the poem say? Do share! They grow so fast....That is why I got kittens so I could baby someone:) We get to talk baby talk to them and they don't mind at all. They won't write poetry for me but they don't talk back either! Love your cupcakes Kim, Happy Birthday to the kidlets & eat frosting for me too!
Thank you Cathy! Yes, they do grow up too fast. It has always been fun doing Treys birthday and then Hannah's the next day. I still can't believe he doesn't like frosting. Kim I was just browsing through Webshots and I came apon your ice cream parlour. It just blew me away. When I have more time I will have to look at the other albums. You are a fantastic artisan. It must have taken you a long time to complete the icecream parlour as there is so much detail in it. It is just wonderful!
