When you can't have something...the more you want it!

Well I'm trying to be good but I truely have chocolate on the brain. I made these little goodies today. I had fun making them but do I still need chocolate?.....Yes! I do so I have decided there is no way I can cut it out completely. Yesterday proved that with half a bag a m&ms. So.....it will be all about moderation. I will let myself have chocolate everyday just small amounts. I just can't give it up cold turkey. No way...... Anyway wishes for a Happy and Creative weekend. Mini hugs!

I think the "chocolate on the brain" is spending faster than strange you tube videos. I've got it to! ;-)

Your desserts look fantastic!

There must be moderation in anything we do. We ccannot cut out completely any food, chocolate stimulates endorphines which make us happier and help good slepping. A small piece every night cannot do any harm. Rejoice! BTW when I'm on diet I cook any kind of sweets and fatty foods and then I give them aways: the smell helps me ;o))

Kim, all I can think about is "death by chocolate" LOOL

It's perfect!!
I feel like diving into that cake and eat it all (too bad it's clay! LOL)

Your work is getting lovelier and lovelier!

Kim, actually you need to hold on 3 days without any sweets. Then you won't need chocolate or anything sweet daily again.
And you need not to buy chocolate at the supermarket so nothing is at home to tempt you (when you go shopping eat something before so you're not craving for all the things you see)

It's more a question of time and discipline. When I became a student and had to buy food for myself, I never bought cookies or chocolate because these foods aren't useful and they're expensive. Well rapidly I didn't need them again. Now I can have some chocolate at home without getting mad because I need to eat it.
And believe me it's far better to live without any addiction :)

Besides, I love that mini choco cake ;)

aah I forgot, making mini chocolate cakes when you're craving for chocolate is a bad idea. Eat some fruit, that should help way more :D

Great job and they look good enought to eat. I have not had solid food since Thursday - peridontal work. The good side is maybe I will loose a few pounds.
:-) Have a great day.
