Well awhile ago I challenged myself to make a cupcake in the process of being eaten, it turned out okay but really didn't love it. I vowed to try it again someday. I really wanted to get the feel of the buttercream being moved. I tried again today and here are the results. I also made some coconut cake and cupcakes for a project I'm working on. Not too much new here. Just really behind with laundry but wanted to work on minis instead. It will still be there tomorrow...Right?

I love it! Wonderful as always. Yes, at my house, the laundry always manages to wait on me as does the dusting, vacumming and dishes. And today is school registration which always depresses me. The end of summer, the beginning of another long year of driving back and forth, getting everyone up in time, worrying about the teachers, other students in their classes, etc., etc.. School starts in three weeks.

Sounds like you need to eat a cupcake with a spoon for "research" purposes. This one looks pretty good though but you can never be too sure about these things and cake usually helps in these situations ;o)
Your challange was a success. The cupcakes look wonderful and like someone has just taken a bite.
As for laundry, even with only two kids, it is a never ending battle.
