Well this was my first attempt at some miniature fried chicken and grilled cheese sandwiches for a special request table I'm doing. These will be put on a table that will be used for the top of a REAL wedding cake. No pressure.....no pressure at all. I have never made anything like these before. I've been all about the sweets. I'm feeling so much better now these are done. How did I do? I'm off to go do a little happy dance now. Mini hugs!
Still trying some new things in the mini kitchen. How about some chocolate chip cookie bars? Here is my mini version.. I also wanted to try a cake that has been served with just a couple slices left.
