I like to try new things don't you ? Today I wanted to try to make some lemon bars in miniature. Here they are. What do you think? Rain has stopped for a couple days and sun is teasing us. Lemon bars leave me hungry for summer time. Mini hugs!

I used to make lemon squares a lot on cold Fridays when my children were little, warmed up the house and our bellies.
Yes we sure do enjoy your mini blog but while Im enjoying yours.... Im not making anything lol
still, I have the recipe for Lemon bars on my table.... Real life ones that is...mmmm I cetainly dont need those calories but your mini ones lood so good! hahaha!
