Still working on filling bakery counters. Here are some cookie sandwiches I finished today. Some might call them whoopie pies. Just one of many kind of cookies I still wanted to make in miniature. Mission accomplished.Oh and some little cupcakes with chocolate chip buttercream frosting. What do you think? I had a great day today. I hope you did too. Mini hugs!

Perfectly delightful! Your things always look so much like the real thing in photos that I often forget they are minis. I love the cookie sandwiches. It must be really fun to work your way through a cookbook...I see you looking at the accompaning pictures and saying "mmm....I think I can make that mini..." :-)
