A very tall Croquembouche in miniature...

Okay I got a little carried away with my tower of profiteroles maybe it was because I was so hungry while I was making it. Started a new diet because I have been eating way too many sweets lately and well things are fitting tight again.... I thought this would be fun to make. I saw a real one being created on the food network and boy it made me very hungry for some. Well here it is.... my miniature version. I need to measure it ...Kinda tall but best of all it was something new I had fun making......But didn't help to make me not want to eat the real thing. Lol Where did I hide the chocolate?.....Oh please somebody stop me. Mini hugs!

It's wonderful, Kim! Now, Kim, I've seen you and you certainly do not need to diet, but I know how it is when things are fitting tight. That's why I have my SKINNY clothes (yeah, like I'll ever fit in those again), my wish I was that size again clothes, and the ones I'm wearing now, LOL!! Hugs, Marsha

it's a very tall tower indeed, I wish I can get my hands over its 1/1 brother.

Kim if you have ever seen the Harry Potter films, in one of them they have towering profiteroles just like this, they are superb! I need to make some for the Potter house Buffet table so i will use yours as inspiration lol Kate and John xx

Thank you SMILES! I measured it and its 2 1/2 inches tall 3 with stand. We all have a thing for chocolate don't we? It is truely one of the hardest things to stay away from.
Kate...Those are my favorite scenes in Harry potter when they show the yummy foods and so much of it.... Boy do I wish we could eat whatever we want...Oh in a perfect world. Mini hugs!

:D Kim, it looks perfect!
Good luck with your diet! I hate diets, but I'm young I don't need some. If things are a bit tight I do some bike or go swimming. Don't take butter or cheese and that's it.

Anyway! I'm sure you're going to be successful with your diet as you are with your miniatures ;)

hugs!

Oh, that looks so yummy! Who needs to eat dinner when there are tasty things like this to eat?! I just look at chocolate and I need to diet! Good luck, Kim!

Yum, you can never have too many of something covered in chocolate.

ha, I think I saw that episode. The bride challenge and the bossy lady made a croquembouche wedding cake, but the bride was okay with it in the end...
