Okay... so I guess you could say I'm still in a shabby mood. I made another hutch and a table with chairs. It really has been fun to do something I love so much again. I have been making some fun cakes too. I have been organizing my real house plus trying to keep my kids happy so I don't have to hear the dreaded " I'm bored". Like I said I have been busy but kinda feel like I've been running in circles but so happy those circles always include miniatures. Happy weekend. Mini hugs!

I know what you mean Kim, we need a few extra hours in each day I think? The endless search for balance and fitting it all in:) Especially when the weather is so beautiful! Next time the kids say they're bored give them a task. Bruce was really good at that, the kids learned to not bother with being bored to us! Your table and hutch look great! Enjoy your weekend!
It seems like the more I get done, the more I have left to do! How does that happen?!
Kim, I love all the new treasures you've made . . . those roses are just precious! You really have a 'shabby chic' heart!
Have a great weekend! BIG hugs!
I shouldn't say anything, I have only one child and he is very good, never complains, but time is always running short for all the things I'd like to do.Your furniture is precious, how did you the trim on the table? and the chairs? I love everything Hugs
I love your table and chairs so much, they look soooo good..!!
Not to mention what a wonderful job you did with the roses, that soft pink is perfect.

Preciosa mesa, y como siempre con un gusto exquisito. Felicidades.
I love shabby - I don't do perfect - life is not perfect (apart from me, of course - lol)

Ah, yes, I know that all too well, running around in circles! Everything looks WONDERFUL, Kim! I especially love the chair!! :)
I know exactly what you mean. I stay busy, but don't seem to accomplish a lot. Beautiful job on the minis.

So glad Im not the only one, I get terrible guilt trips from working on minis when I feel I should be tidying, cooking, or playing with the children, Sometimes I cheat by asking them to 'mini' with me, give them some fimo and they can create on the kitchen table while i can get an hour or so to create something until the next 'Im bored' is heard!! Beautiful table Kim, cant wait to try the shabby style on a project.
lol Kate xx
Keep those shabby minatures coming! They are just the most gorgeous things!
Mercedes
These are gorgeous! It's tricky to work in minis over the summer with kids around, that's for sure. Like a juggling act. Love the furniture, so pretty. I'm still in love with your cupcakes, that will never change. Mini hugs :O)
I'm with you. Busy all the time it seems but not much to show for it all in the end. Finally have Joanna's Victoria's Farmhouse out of the box and the foundation glued--and, miracle of miracles, it actually seems to be square! Now to go back to Lowe's and get the exterior paint so we can paint the walls per the instructions (between housework, the vegetable garden, my part-time job, the children, etc.)!
As always, I just look at your wonderful little shabby chic creations and sigh with envy! You have that touch!

Kim, stay in your 'shabby' mood! I am always excited to see what you have newly created when you post to your blog.
Isn't it nice to know that in one small you way you can bring a little happiness into others lives with your beautiful minis!
Keep up the amazing work
Donna
Wonderful photos, I like your style a lot!
Oh, love the table and chairs! Inspires me to start on my kitchen again too!
Gosh, I love your shabby creations! They are amazing. You are so very talented - thanks for sharing.
Hi Kim! :waves: This is Kim from Flickr :D
ESTOY ENCANTDA CON TU TRABAJO. MUCHAS FELICIDADES¡¡¡¡¡
Love your shabby moods. I have a small Greenleaf cottage kit I want to eventually put together to house your baking items you sent us. We are actually working on Joanna's house--finally--between the garden and work! So, progress.
