My latest challenge and its not something sweet

Well this was my first attempt at some miniature fried chicken and grilled cheese sandwiches for a special request table I'm doing. These will be put on a table that will be used for the top of a REAL wedding cake. No pressure.....no pressure at all. I have never made anything like these before. I've been all about the sweets. I'm feeling so much better now these are done. How did I do? I'm off to go do a little happy dance now. Mini hugs!

They look amazing!

Savories are so much more fulfilling in a way, for me at least, because you have to be so much more concerned about shape, texture, etc.... because real savories (mostly) aren't shaped by hand as much as they are by nature and cooking technique. There's an element of that to sweets too, of course, but a cake is sooooo much easier than a tomato. lol
