A special request hutch.....One of my favorite things to make!
Well I have been busy working on some fun special requests. I thought I would share this one here. I love doing shabby hutches. I haven't done one in awhile. I had some fun with this one. I hope she likes it. I should have some more yummy stuff to share soon. Mini hugs!
Oh my gosh, I love that! I love the teeny-tiny spatula, I love the shabby watering can full of roses, I love the cookbooks--- Okay! I love it all! So pretty...
It's wonderful! I'm sure the new owner will love it and I'm so glad you have requests coming in. That's great for us all, cos now we can all see the loveliness you create.
Its gorgeous Kim.Can I pick your brains as I have a a 1 24 scale house I have never done anything with and Im thinking of painting it all Shabby Chic style. Should I paint it then sand off the parts to make it shabby, or do you paint another colour on top with dry brushing, which is the best way? thanks Kim, any advice would be great from the queen of Shabby chic!! Kate xx
Kim it is so much you! Two cakes of ours have found a home in glass domes in my tipesetter drawer. I love looking at them and at the other still hidden in a box. I canno thank you enough for your lovely goodies. At the same time can I ask you where do you get those thin plates that you sent me? Big hugs to you and your family
Kim, the hutch is absolutely beautiful! I love all the little touches like the rooster and all the little things in the drawers . . . it's all so pretty! Thanks for sharing . . . someone is going to be very happy!
Whoever is getting this little beauty is going to LOVE it Kim....fabulous work! I have tagged you & if you pop over to my blog you'll see what I'm on about!

My name is Kim.I'm a mom of 5 but only 1 is still at home.I love my family but I also have a thing for 1:12 scale miniatures. I have been collecting and creating for 22 years now and have developed a love for polymer clay.I started playing with it over 3 years ago and can't seem to put it down, I also enjoy the shabby chic style in my miniatures. Miniature shops are my favorite things to create. I have completed many dollhouses, shops, and roomboxes. I enjoy it so much I thought it might be a fun thing to blog about. I hope you enjoy my miniature world. A world I sometimes prefer...
